Why Peacock blocks VPN IPs
Peacock is US-only by licensing. NBCUniversal's content rights, especially Premier League US streaming, NFL Sunday Night Football, and the back catalogue (The Office, WWE Network, Olympics coverage), are licensed for US distribution. Streaming from outside the US is a contract violation Peacock has to enforce.
Enforcement is ASN-based IP blocking. Peacock cross-references your exit IP against published lists of commercial VPN hosting providers (AWS, Hetzner, OVH, M247, ColocationAmerica). If your IP belongs to one of those ranges, the connection is flagged. Most major VPNs operate on those same ranges, which is why most major VPNs do not reliably work for Peacock.
How Fexyn Stealth handles Peacock
Fexyn Stealth uses VLESS Reality with the Vision flow. The traffic looks like normal HTTPS to a real public site, not like a VPN tunnel. Peacock's behavioural detection has less to match against.
We route US traffic through our Ashburn server. Smaller IP fleet than the major brands, which makes our IPs harder to enumerate as VPN. Combined, this gets through Peacock most of the time as of May 2026. Not bulletproof.

Why does Peacock block VPNs?
Peacock is licensed for US distribution only. NBCUniversal's content agreements (especially Premier League US rights, NFL Sunday Night Football, and Peacock Originals) restrict streaming to US IPs. Peacock enforces this through ASN-based IP blocking, and most known commercial VPN datacenters are flagged. The block has been more aggressive since 2023.
What's exclusive to Peacock?

Why do most VPNs fail with Peacock?
Same pattern as BBC iPlayer. Peacock cross-references exit IPs against ASN data and blocks ranges associated with commercial VPN hosts. NordVPN, ExpressVPN, and Surfshark rotate IPs but Peacock keeps up. The smaller a VPN's US server fleet, the harder Peacock has to work to enumerate it; this counterintuitively favours smaller providers.
Does Fexyn Stealth work for Peacock?

Do I need a US payment method for Peacock?
Yes for paid tiers. Peacock requires a US billing address and US-issued payment method to subscribe. The free tier (limited content, ad-supported) is also US-only and requires a US-detected IP for sign-up. A VPN gets you past the IP check but does not solve the payment-method requirement; this is similar to most US-only streaming services.
Which Fexyn server should I use?
Ashburn, Virginia is our US server. Connect there for Peacock. From Europe, latency is typically 90-130ms; from Asia 200-300ms. Streaming HD content is fine at those latencies. 4K is sometimes shaky on lossy international links.
